The whole week of playing starting from 8/30/80 to 9/6/80 is classic. I rank it right up there with any week from May of '77 or August '82 or Feb '69, etc.

Special mention to 9/4/80. Very nice Supplication-> Estimated Prophet-> Eyes Of The World. This is part of the download series with 9/3/80 that can be purchased on dead.net. And of course 9/2/80 is well known.

Dont overlook 8/31/80 which is a great show from start to finish.

The shows from late August through early September '80 are strong indeed. Though, as you point out, the second set from Providence 9/4/80 is available as a soundboard (along with the entirety of Springfield 9/3/80) on Download Series Vol. 7, the soundboard of the first set is missing from the Vault and can be hard to find. I have a copy if anyone needs one.

Best,
